Happy New Year!

I've been doing some "scrap book therapy" the last few days.  I follow Everyday Cricut blog and got a few ideas, which I'll give credit for as we go.

The first (two) goes to Courtney Lane Designs
My brother annoyed me the other day, so I had to add butterflies and flowers to the page for him.  ;)
The next scrap book page are two of my three cats.

I couldn't leave Sassy out.  My Mom makes the best totes!!  It's amazing what she can do with her embroidery machine!  I had just gotten back from shopping and emptied out the tote.  Before I could put it away Sassy jumped in and claimed it.

The next page idea was from Busy with the Cricky
She has a download on her site for the page she did, but I made my own.  (Sorry I don't know how to change it so it sits correctly on the page!)

These last two were my own ideas, or maybe I shouldn't admit that! LOL  They were the pictures I took when we closing up the lake this year and took the boats out of the water and stored them.  Atleast I can finally finish up one album from this year!

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Since we celebrate Christmas Day with the kids, Christmas Eve is mine to do whatever I want!  What better way to spend the day then to spend it in my craft room.  Paisley came in the mail yesterday, so I did a scrapbook page using the ipod found on page 62.

Wrap It Up Cartridge ~ box

I made this box from the Wrap It Up cartridge and I thought it turned out rather cute.  It's a 2 1/2 inch box found on page 55 made at 8 1/2 inches.  There are a lot of tiny layers that for me are hard to work with since they are so small, but I think it was worth it.  : )

I also made two of the "boxes"  from page 30, cut at 7 1/2 inches.  Perfect for my boys gift cards for playing their video games online.  It's funny listening to them talking over the headsets and having such a good time.  I remember when my eldest still lived at home and fought with his little brother all the time.

Sassy and the Taco Dip

The story was one of those "you had to be there" for it to be as funny as it was. (Click on the last picture to enlarge it so it's readable)   It's been awhile since I've done any scrapbook pages, so hopefully they will get better as I get back into it.  LOL

I also wanted to take a minute and thank everyone for their birthday wished, they were very much appreciated!

2011 Calendar

I made a calendar for my parents for Christmas.  They are impossible to buy for because they have everything they want, but yet are super easy to buy for because the appreciate everything.  I used too many different cartridges to list them all.  It was all put together using my Cinch.

I love the animals on the Cindy Loo cartridge.

The squirrel was cut at 4 3/4 and welded to the square from George at 5 1/2.
