Super Bowl Sunday

Using everyday paper dolls, cut at 6, I made my invitations for Super Bowl Sunday. The cheerleader of course to cheer on the Pack.

Next I used the same cart, but cut at 17. I ended up pulling my jersey out of the closet to try and copy the coloring right. Please excuse the pushpin in his head! LOL I'll add the banner I'm working on when I finish it.

I finished the banner before the Super Bowl party, I just didn't have the time to post it.

Picture frame

This is one of my favorite photo's of my In Laws. My parents went to Texas to visit two years ago and snapped this photo. The frame is rather simple, cut from Lacy Labels at 6. The plan was to add flowers ect to it, but hubby liked it plain and for a chance I decided to listen to him. lol

MIL Birthday Word Book

I have the world's GREATEST In Laws, so I wanted to make something special for my MIL's birthday and this is what I came up with.  {Click on the picture to view it larger}  I used several cartridges for this: Mother's Day 2010, Celebrate with Flourish, Picturesque, Elegant Cakes, Straight From The Nest, Gypsy Wanderings, Story Book,  Tinker Bell and Friends and George and Basic Shapes.

The Fence was cut at 4 X 4 3/4 and the grass at 1 3/4 X4 1/4 welded

Happy was cut at 1 1/2 from Elegant Cake and decorated with stickers.

The butterfly corners were cut at 1in and the butterfly at 3.  The letters and numbers were cut at 1 1/4 and 1 1/2.

BDay was cut 1 1/2 and 1 1/4.  All the paper is K and Company, Tim Coffey's Cottage Garden and on this page matching 3D stickers.

The banner was cut at 1 1/4 and the floral was cut at 4 1/8, embellished with brads and stickles.  I also used a Martha Steward punch and some ribbon.  Mama was cut at 2 X 5 1/2 and also embellished with stickles.

The flowers were cut at 1 and the butterfly at 2.  The vase and other butterflies were stuff I had in my drawer.

The scrolls were cut from StoryBook at 1 1/2 and the Happy Birthday was from Gypsy Wanderings at 4 1/2

It was all put together using the Cinch and 1in wires.

Valentines for Soldier's

I started doing this last year.  Last year I did 50 cards in 2 weeks, which was a bit much.  lol  This year I decided to get an earlier start on them.

Walk in my Garden Roses

Tinkerbell & Friends

This didn't turn out quite like what was in my head when I ordered this cart, but I think it works. :)

Valentine's Day wall hanging

I was looking through my paper stash and found some old K & Co paper and this is what popped into my head.  :)  This is the first time I tried anything with lace, I usually stick with ribbon.  Just a note:  nosey cats and glue guns do NOT mix! LOL
