multi colored embossing & Tuesday Morning Sketches

Good Morning!

As I was reading my morning e-mail yesterday, I came across one from Splitcoaststampers about multi color embossing.  Stephanie did such a "cool" card, I had to try it.  :)
I decided to try it with my spellbinders butterfly dies.  I started out with a plain white paper...
I did one with two shades of purple and one with purple and pink.  I topped them off with JudiKins Extreme Peacock embossing powder.  I don't like messing with glitter, so this was perfect for me.
and layered them with a glue dot in the middle...
I also did the larger the butterfly, but I didn't do before and after photos of that one...
the background butterfly was done with ultra thick embossing powder, 2 coats, and then the Extreme Peacock embossing powder over the top of that.
I also played along with Tuesday Morning Sketches.  It's been awhile since I played along over there, I forgot how much I loved their sketches!  :)

With the slight change on the solid butterfly, my take on their sketch...
